Eddie and his lovely wife Ronda moved to Alaska from Oregon nearly 20 years ago. Eddie, as a youngster always dreamt of living in a remote cabin deep in the heart of Alaska, hunting, fishing, trapping, gold panning and living off the land. When his wife Ronda of 42 years asked if he would like to move to Alaska, he answered with a very enthusiastic “HELL YES”. Although the rustic lifestyle didn’t happen exactly the way he had envisioned, living in Alaska was nonetheless still fulfilled.
Together, he and Ronda have traveled over a half million "Alaska" miles as Eddie captured wildlife photos of everything in his path from flying squirrels to pika, from moose to grizzly bear, wolverine to muskox, wolves, caribou, owls and eagles just to name a few. With all the wildlife, majestic mountains, glaciers, sprawling landscapes and the elusive aurora borealis, Eddie knew his dream of one day living in Alaska had not only come true, but had far exceeded his wildest expectations.
